Trying to catch up!

Ok, so my life has been really busy since I had Jayce that I don't have time to do anything! I got Garrett to watch the boys so I can play catch up. Here's what we have been up to this past month. :)

Nice day in Pennsylvania.

It was a really nice day here on Thursday, almost 75 degrees. So, I took Corban down to the park in town and let him play. I just got some cute pictures of him.

Swinging.

Digging.

Utah for Halloween!

For my birthday my parents gave me and the boys airline tickets to Utah. So, my mom, me, Corban and Jayce went for 6 days to Utah for Halloween. We had so much fun and it was nice for my family to see Jayce before he got too big. They were such good kids and Jayce did really well on the plane.

I finally got to see Eric and Shelly's baby Carter. He is such a happy baby.

My cousin Eric. He really misses me, can't you tell? :)

Delaney reading to Corban. He loves her so much.

This was after a family party we had at my mom's house in Utah. He was so tired from playing with the kids he fell asleep on the table.

Pumpkin Patch

My mom and I took Corban to the pumpkin patch by our house. We were there only 5 minutes when Corban got stung by a bee. Poor kid. At least he's not allergic. He told us that "this is a dangerous place." After we got him settled down he still had a good time and was able to pick out some pumpkins for Halloween.

Jayce's 2 month checkup

Jayce had his 2 month checkup on Oct. 9th. He weighed 12 lbs. 3 oz. and was 23 inches long! He is such a little chunk! He has doubled his weight since he's been born. Corban wanted us to undress him like Jayce. They're so cute.

Look at the rolls!!

Garrett's first whitetail deer!

Garrett got his first whitetail deer opening day of the bow hunt. He got it in the woods behind our house and was able to come home and get a wheelbarrow to get it home. (They are smaller than mule deer.) We were all really excited, especially Corban! We gave our widow neighbor the meat and she was very grateful. So was I because I didn't want it. :) He got a good shot and said it just dropped, which I was glad it didn't suffer. My little Oreo kitty followed him and sat under his tree stand the whole time and was even there when he shot the deer. He's a good cat and just loves to be around Garrett. Garrett was afraid he would scare the deer off, but he said the deer didn't even notice Oreo. I thought that was the cutest story. When he got home Corban told Garrett he was a good "hunt". I was a little afraid to let him look, but he did just fine and was really fascinated with it all. He has now been hunting bear, deer and elk and cooking it for me. He's so sweet. :)

Another picture of them in the field.

In the driveway. Corban thought it was really cool.

Cabelas

We went to Cabelas in West Virginia on Saturday for fun (it's only about 35 minutes away from us) and took some fun pictures.

Corban got to catch a fish.

A polar bear.

The Safari exhibit.

Corban got a pistol gun and had to put it on in the parking lot. I love his mean face!

Jayce's Blessing

We blessed Jayce this last Sunday. Garrett gave him a really nice blessing. Garrett's parents came out for the blessing and to see the kids. It was nice having them here.

He wasn't happy, but he looks so cute!

My little Corban all dressed up.

All the boys.

I just needed a reason to get a cake! :)

My mom gave Jayce some frosting and he loved it! My dad made her do it! So he got his first taste of real food at 5 weeks.

Corban eating just the frosting.

Corban turns 3!!!

My baby turned 3 on September 2nd! :( I can't believe how fast time goes by. He is such a joy in my life and I don't know what I would do without him! He is so funny and so sweet and loving. I love this age and I wish he would stay like this forever!
Corban only 3 days old

I made him his favorite breakfast (blueberry muffins) and he was making a wish which was that I would be his best friend. He is so sweet!

Grandma made his Batman cake

I tried to put the cake where he couldn't reach it because he kept eating all the frosting off of it

He got his frosting

Batman wings

Dakota trying on the Batman wings. I wish my stomach looked like his! He was really obsessed with Batman when he was Corban's age.

This is what Grandma and Papa got him for his Birthday!

Jonas and me. We wish Matt was here!

Family

Sue, Val, Brock, Dakota and Delaney all came to visit us for a week! They came for Corban's 3rd birthday and to see Jayce. It was so nice to have them here and it made me want to move back to Utah. Corban loved having them here and Jayce still cries everytime he gets put down because he was so used to being held by everyone! :)
